1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging and tags
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance
- Undergarments / intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide reason for return + product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will guide you with the return instructions
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days
Refund Method
- Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store credit
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
- You received a defective or wrong item
- The size does not fit (subject to stock availability)
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 06 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
